We had a guest room with central heating, a multi-channel television and a study table. The bathroom there was clean. The hotel has stunning and wonderful location short walk to a huge as well as the chapel which is bigger than most churches. Cafe Cafe Whiteleys located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

I had a relaxing night and enjoyed a comfortable bed with a good bathroom after being warmly welcomed by the monks. It's a peaceful spot to unwind, with lovely grounds to stroll around and a cozy lounge to relax in. The only small hitch was the somewhat drab hallway carpets, but honestly, it's great value overall, so don't miss checking it out! 🌿

The serene gardens and beautiful surroundings, complemented by efficiently maintained rooms. Breakfast is a good, self-serve spread with excellent toast and enjoyable cereals. Some furnishings could be more inviting, and the absence of essential electrical plugs may pose an inconvenience for tech-savvy travelers.

I loved the beautiful gardens, great for leisurely strolls. The room was basic but clean, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed. Breakfast offered a nice selection of cereals, toast, and excellent coffee. It's self-service, but I enjoyed the freedom of choices available. One downside was the WiFi. It barely reached my room. The decor felt a bit outdated, needing a touch of modernization. I had a great time and would happily return despite some minor issues.

The location is perfect, just a short bus ride to nearby towns. The gardens are fine-20 acres of paths to explore! Breakfast was simple but good, especially the unique toasted bread. It's a peaceful place with great value for money.

The grounds are beautful, and its a great spot if u wanna wander around in nature. Breakfast is a self-service thing with eggs, toast and all that good stuff. The lady who runs it is really friendly and made my morning even better with a nice chat. Defo recommend it for a cozy stay!
The rooms are a bit basic and could use some modern upgrades. The wifi is kinda slow.
